  • Year 5/6 Football Johnson Trophy Final!

    Well done to our amazing Year 5/6 football team for their fantastic performance in the Burnley School Sport Partnership Johnson Trophy Final! The match ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw, leading to a tense penalty shootout. Although just missing out, the team showed our value of "resilience" to come so close. 🥅 Thank you to Mr Cosgrove for all his hard work with the boys and to our supportive families.     This morning, Year 4 Rowan took part in a fun "Under the Sea" UV Art activity, organised by Rosegrove Neighbourhood Watch.   • Remembering VE Day at Lowerhouse Junior School

    This morning, our whole school gathered to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day with a lovely Picnic Lunch! We also marked the occasion with a two-minute silence at 12:00pm to honour those who fought for our freedom. Children shared their thoughts on the importance of this historic day.
