    • Pendleside Hospice Colour Run (22nd May 2026)

      What an amazing way to finish the half term with our Colour Run, raising funds to support Pendleside Hospice and all their incredible work in the community! 🌈 A massive thank you to all our children and staff who got involved and embraced the fun, getting covered in paint to help raise money. It was fantastic to see so many of our school families come out to celebrate with us!

We have collected all those pesky pens that no longer work, and we’ve organised a fantastic opportunity to recycle them! ♻️ A company will be sending us a free postage stamp to ensure all our pens are disposed of responsibly.       Yr3 Elm and Yr3 Willow classes had a great morning at Gawthorpe Hall! The children sketched the lovely surroundings, capturing nature and buildings. 🌳🎨 They will use their sketches to create artwork inspired by David Hockney's digital style. We can’t wait to see their creativity!
