Within our school, we wish to promote an atmosphere which encourages effort, enjoyment and a celebration of the achievements of all our pupils. The school’s concern about these high standards is also reflected in the pride we take in our school uniform and the feeling of belonging it creates.

Uniform

In order to maintain a strong sense of identity and belonging within our school, we require all pupils to wear school uniform, which consists of:

• Blue sweatshirt or cardigan (* Year 6 pupils wear a purple sweatshirt)
• Blue polo shirt
• Grey or black trousers – no jeans
• Grey or black skirt
• Grey pinafore
• Black, flat, sensible, safe, closed-toe shoes
• Grey socks or tights
• Summer Options
• Grey or black shorts
• Blue gingham dresses – blue (white socks are acceptable for summer uniform)
• Any cap to protect yourself from the sun

Jewellery

Jewellery is not permitted in school. Plain watches may be worn.

Make-Up

No make-up or nail varnish should be worn.

PE Kit (to be worn on PE days instead of the usual uniform as above)

We are phasing in a new PE kit featuring a sportier and comfortable design, including a 1/4 zip top and a sports t-shirt. This new kit will be available to order for the Summer Term 2026 for those who wish to start wearing it early, with an official launch planned for September 2026. This will be worn with navy or black shorts/tracksuit bottoms/leggings.

To help with costs, the 1/4 zip tops and T-shirts will be subsidised by the school. The subsidised prices are £10 for the 1/4 zip top and £7.50 for the T-shirt, compared to the usual prices of £15.50 and £10 respectively. Additionally, the 1/4 zip tops can be personalised with initials if you wish. All orders will be delivered to school and distributed to children once they arrive.

Children are still welcomed to wear our usual PE kit for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
